This unique facility is primarily a processing centre for Fiserv (now Genpact) to provide its numerous outsource operations to the finance sector.
The facility is functional and hi-tech but also provides an open, light and pleasant workplace.
We have completed several projects for Fiserv over the years and our role on this project commenced with site assessment and project feasibility. Once the project received a green light from all stakeholders we progressed through design, planning and procurement, and construction.
Given the critical nature of the business operations a lengthy period of testing and commissioning was implemented prior to occupation, ensuring a seamless relocation over one weekend.
Our new Melbourne facility required creation of specialist work areas, unique engineering and IT&T build. The creation of a bespoke environment required careful integration with the base building and a myriad of stakeholders. Hamilton Projects ensured the end goal was always in sight, the right specialists paid attention to every detail, and provided the support through property selection, fitout, and pre and post relocation. A superb work place has been created”.
